Dinosmoke BBQ Competition

Friday, August 15th at 5pm meat inspection- Bring your own meats, Meats required Pork loin, pork spare ribs, chicken thighs and brisket, all meats must be inspected prior to cooking and meat must be in original packaging.

Saturday August 16th 1pm- all meats must be finished cooking by 1pm and all cooking/smoking must be done at the Western Park. All food safety and protocols must be followed and meat temperature must be checked prior to serving
