About the Event
Friday, August 21st at 5pm meat inspection- Bring your own meats, Meats required: pork loin, pork spare ribs, chicken thighs and brisket, all meats must be inspected prior to cooking, and meat must be in original packaging.
Saturday August 22nd at 1pm- all meats must be finished cooking by 1pm, and all cooking/smoking must be done at the Western Park. All food safety and protocols must be followed, and meat temperature must be checked prior to serving
