Friday, August 21st at 5pm meat pick-up- Pick-up meat on south patio of Western Park
Saturday August 22nd at 1pm- all meats must be finished cooking by 1pm, and all cooking/smoking must be done at the Western Park. All food safety and protocols must be followed, and meat temperature must be checked prior to serving
